We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to your BroadStar services.
BroadStar TV and internet services, including related maintenance and support, will be discontinued effective October 31, 2026.
Returning Your BroadStar Equipment
Please return all BroadStar-provided TV and/or internet equipment no later than December 1, 2026, to avoid additional equipment charges.
-Schedule an Equipment Pickup
Contact BroadStar Customer Service & Support to arrange for a technician to collect your equipment. Our team will create a service ticket, coordinate the pickup, and provide confirmation of the equipment return.
