Your Board Has A Direct Line
To BroadStar
Your account manager is the board’s point of contact for everything that is not a service call. They know the terms of your agreement, the buildings, the history, and the commitments made during the board presentation. When the board president calls, they are not starting over.
Quarterly reviews your board can use
We meet with your board on a regular cadence and bring something to the table:
- Service performance and open items at your property
- Status of any construction, upgrade, or maintenance work
- Resident communications and marketing materials for the coming quarter
- Event support, including move-in events, town halls, and community meetings
- Any changes on the horizon worth planning for
These are working meetings, not check-ins. Boards use them to close items rather than accumulate them.
Board turnover does not reset your service
Boards change. Institutional knowledge usually walks out with the outgoing president, and the incoming board inherits a decade-long agreement they were not part of negotiating.
Your account manager fixes that. They brief new board members on what the agreement covers, what has been done at the property, and who to call for what. The relationship survives the election.
A single point of escalation
If something needs to move faster, the account manager is the one who moves it. They sit inside BroadStar with direct
access to our operations, network, and executive teams. There is one number to call, and the person who answers has
the authority to act.
What residents notice
Residents see this one indirectly, which is the point. When the board gets fast answers, residents get fast answers. Questions
that used to sit in a management inbox for a week get resolved before the next meeting.
Ask about the account manager assigned to your area.
We will introduce you before you sign anything.
