Wayne has  more than 20 years experience as a highly adaptable accountant building relationships by emphasizing accuracy and trustworthiness.  His most recent duties included leading the Accounting & Finance Operations for a complex middle-market organization with over $70 million in annual revenues. 

Wayne has a proven track record for consolidating and reporting regular Income Statements for tracking profitability of large-scale projects.  Managed general accounting functions such as internal accounting closeout processes, consisting of Monthly Journal Entries, Financial Statements, Fixed Asset Depreciation Models and Work In Progress Reports.  He manages operational accounting workflows by the accounting team inclusive of: A/R, A/P, UCC Lien Filings/Releases, CCIP Monthly Filings, Union Fringe Reports, Union Health Benefit Reports.    He is directly responsible for full-cycle job cost accounting and all related functions throughout the life-cycle of large scale construction projects. The responsibilities include: contract review, budget tracking, change order monitoring/approval, project purchase oversight & cost coding, due diligence tracking for inventory and capital in the field as well as monthly cost vs. budget reporting.

Wayne is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting.
