NHL 2021-2022 Season | Week 17

The NHL announced an update to the regular season 2021-22 schedule to make up the 98 games that had previously been postponed due to the pandemic, including date changes to regular season match-ups using the 16 day period previously reserved for the NHL’s participation in the 2022 Winter Olympics, the NHL pulled out of the Beijing Winter Olympics in January. As of the All-Star break, the Colorado Avalanche rises to the top at #1 of the NHL Power Rankings, with the Tampa Bay Lightning currently holding the #2 position, and the Florida Panthers falling to #3. Coming in at #4 in the NHL Power Rankings, the Carolina Hurricanes take on the Toronto Maple Leafs from ScotiaBank Arena in Toronto on Monday, February 7th at 7:00 pm ET on ESPN+.

The #1 ranked Colorado Avalanche will host the #2 Tampa Bay Lightning from Ball Arena in Denver on Thursday, February 10th at 9:00 pm ET on ESPN+. On Friday, February 11th, the Tampa Bay Lightning will take on the Arizona Coyotes from Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona at 9:30 pm ET on ESPN+.
