MLB 2022 Season TV Schedule

Spring has arrived, and so the 2022 MLB Baseball Season has begun! Opening Day officially started of the season on April 14th, so Broadstar wanted to give you a heads-up as to where you can catch all the action on television. TBS, FOX, FS1, ESPN, and the MLB Network are the 5 main channels that broadcast Major League Baseball nationally. In 2022, there are also more streaming options where you can catch exclusive MLB games including Peacock, which will air Monday and Wednesday Night games along with exclusive day games on Sundays that start before 1:30 pm ET, beginning on May 8th. Apple TV+ will offer two games weekly titled “Friday Night Baseball” exclusively through its streaming service, but there are many more options when it comes to streaming MLB games, including ESPN+, MLB TV, and SlingTV, with paid subscriptions. There are also Regional Sports Networks airing games locally, as every team has a dedicated RSN, so you can check your local listings for games featuring your favorite team, with no extra streaming subscription required.

Due to the MLB owner’s offseason player lockout, the 2022 Major League Baseball season begins a week late, with opening day falling on April 14th & 15th, and regular season is scheduled to end a couple days later than usual, on October 5th.
