Cedric, a Broadstar technician...was more than helpful in setting up our internet and then coming back the following day to fix a couple issues we had. My name is Naomi and I am a BroadStar customer...I can truly say that I am very happy with Broadstar service. The service is great!! The first day I had my service installed they were very friendly and had great customer service. They answered any and all questions I had, even at times they already knew the questions I was going to ask before I even said anything. When the installer came to my home, he explained everything to me and showed me how to use the guides and helped me set up my computer. If I had a problem or if my wireless went out, it did not matter what time it was, I just made one call and they were able to help me and walk me through everything, and if I still had a problem they had somebody out that morning. This is by far the best cable company I have had in a very long time. I tell my friends and family about this company because they are great. I give them a 10 in everything they do to make their customers happy. So if you are have second thoughts about not going with this company, then I would say you are making a big mistake. I am not only a customer, but I also tell all my residents at the community I work at about them, and they too love them. The prices beat all other cable companies. As I said my name is Naomi and I am proud to be a BroadStar customer.

I have several occasions in the last couple of days to contact your customer service area. Gabby responded to my inquiry of needing phone information within a couple of hours with all the information -- great job. This morning I had need to call for technical services -- we were not receiving a signal on one of our TV -- the one with the set-up box. I did receive a call from a tech trying to assist over the phone, but his fix would not work. We had several techs come as promised shortly after the noon hour. It was not an easy task and took a bit of investigation on their part, but I have to say they were extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem with the installation of a new piece of equipment (my existing one was bad). Many thanks to the great work by these techs.

I spoke with Alicia yesterday regarding a bill I had received after sending a disconnect email that never got to the proper place. I was very stressed and upset about having this balance since I had moved from the apartment complex and am newly a single mom. It was going to be very difficult to pay that balance, especially without rearranging some things. Alicia reassured me that as long as I could send her the email, she would take care of everything. I sent it and within less than 24 hours I received an email back letting me know everything was taken care of. I can honestly say that with Broadstar the past year, I have not had the best experience. It has been okay, but just that, okay. After my interaction with Alicia it has left a good impression on me and I am definitely impressed with her punctuality in handling my issue. It has really helped alleviate some stress regarding my bills and I feel 10x better than I did yesterday. Thanks so much for having an employee give me the best customer service I have received with Broadstar. I truly appreciate it!
